Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through sofiakhan.ca are considered final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchanges (When Eligible)

We understand that sizing may occasionally be an issue. In select cases, we may allow an exchange for a different size or item of equal value. To qualify, the product must:

• Be unworn and in new condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are approved at our discretion and subject to availability. Please contact our support team before sending any item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photos. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Purchases

If an item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, eligible returns may be issued as store credit.

Shipping Responsibility
